There comes a time when everyone’s life when priorities change and life direction and free time shift. People go though all different stages in their lives. For many car people its inherently in their blood. Even if they don’t have a fully modified car, even their daily usually has at least a bit of unique flavor.
It is with sad hearts but understanding that one of our #teamteknotik members is moving on. With a baby on the way (Congrats Matt!), his free time will be occupied and having already spent most of its life sitting, its time to let his project RSX go. Having known Matt for nearly 7 years I can still remember him coming in with an all stock RSX looking for suspension as his first modification. Its been an incredible project and great to work with Matt over the years as he worked towards building his RSX to an ultimate dream car.
When most people come to us with a build list as long as what Matt had in his long term plans, its very rare that anyone actually sticks to that goal. And what i mean by that is building a car of this caliber takes years, not months. This car has been built with the upmost patience waiting on paint and waiting on rare parts to arrive. He has built this car with meticulous detail and patience to do things the right way. There are not too many cars I would be confident about saying that. This is one of them.
Matt has been so gracious as to support us at events over the years both locally in Ontario and in Quebec but also venturing into the States. While this car has done quite a few miles on a trailer, it was built to drive and Matt does/did drive it. We have done countless cruises and trips to events and hopefully this car will bring just as much driving enjoyment and pleasure as it did to Matt to the new owner. Matt has a long list of accomplishments and trophies under his belt with this car and had the opportunity to even have it on display at the Canadian International Auto Show.
Having started out as a customer, but turning into a close friend, thank you Matt for all your support over the years and hours of help. Its been an absolute pleasure having such a stand up member such as yourself on our team.
It is with that confidence that I would like to share his car for sale with our clients. While it might not be for everyone, I’m hoping this car finds the right home. Its an unbelievable deal and sure to make the new owner proud.
Cheers Matt, to the future!
Eric,

Facts:
This car was built properly, with the best support from TEKNOTIK. Lots of credibility behind it
Ready for any track day or spirted driving ahead.
Note: NEVER HAS BEEN TRACK DRIVEN, JUST FUN BACK ROADS.
But would make a deadly track car !!! car is stiff!
WON lots of trophies and props from events and shows, driving as far at Atlantic City, NJ.
Last Couple Years has barely seen much road time, and when taken out of storage, unfortunate mishaps with stupid sticks and debris kicked up by cars has happened. Even a bird shit made a small blemish in the paint on the roof (Must have ate something bad).
THE HONEST UNFORTUNATES…
- There are Some Paint Blemishes and scuffs from Driving, and taking unfortunate rocks/sticks…(this car wasn’t always a garage/Trailer queen)
Note: Matte Paint isn’t something you can just touch up single panels at a time
Still looks awesome when not trying to pick apart at a driven car…
- Could use a New Battery (either replacing the Odyssey PC680) or my recommendation would be upgrade to an Odyssey PC1200 (better longevity and power) and new battery mount (I Put it on charge each night to be safe as of right now)
Little things the buyer can fix, and work towards if wanted… or leave as be. Every Modified Car has Qwerks, it’s Still Drivable, still fun, and still looks amazing!
It’s Been A lot of Fun to me, and hard to want to let it go. Just not worth me putting the money into it still… I have a new family member coming to this world soon and would like to start looking towards that future.
YOU WILL GET EVERYTHING IN THIS LIST.
INCLUDING THE SECOND SET OF TRACK RIMS….. OR TAKE $2000 OFF ASKING PRICE
PAINT/BODY WORK COST ME 10k ALONE… I DIDN’T CUT ANY CORNERS.
LOTS OF PEOPLE CAN VOUCH, IF YOU WANT REFERENCES JUST ASK
Complete with everything (wheels, Spare Carbon Parts, etc)
FIRM at $17,000
Without 2nd Set of Track Rims/Tires–
